Sports Massage
Athletes work their bodies regularly to challenge them.  Sports massage is ideal for both pre- and post-athletic workout.  It draws upon aspects of Swedish massage, involves faster strokes, stretching, and warming of the tissue, to prepare for activity; as well as to reduce soreness, pain, strain and swelling immediately after athletic activity.  Sports massage can decrease the potential for injury and should be considered as a regular part of any training for both serious and weekend athletes.
